I have no idea where you are financially in life right now, but I’m willing to bet it wasn’t as bad as mine a few years ago.

You see, at 28 years old, I was STILL in college.

I was chasing the false dream of getting a good education so I can get a good career, provide for my family and retire comfortably. I was hammered the idea by my parents to get a college degree because that was the only way to become successful in America.

As I was eating my last package of ramen noodles from the box (my 3rd one that day), I’m reminded that when I get my degree, things will be a whole lot better. I got only one more year left!

But the closer I get towards my degree the scarier it became.

* My friends that graduated before never found a job.
* My professors kept pushing me to go to grad school because the competition is high and the employers are looking for someone with more education.
* The people I know that finally got a job were making only $22K a year, and they were happy with it.
* As I talk to some of them, they put in many hours at work only to sacrifice time to start a family or even get married. They were still driving their parents grocery go-getter!

This was a upcoming nightmare that was going to happen to me if I kept on that same road – definitely

NOT what I want!

* I want to be financially set by the age of 30
* I want to drive a brand-new SUV
* I want to get married and start a family.
* I want kids before I’m too old to run and play with them.
* I want to have the time and freedom to do anything at anytime whenever I feel like it.

But according to the establishment, it was only just a pipedream and no such course in college would teach me how to leverage my time and money to work for myself instead of someone else. So I did the next best thing.

I quit. (even though I had only one semester left).

Even though my peers called me foolish, I just knew deep down inside I was destined for success. Maybe you can relate.

If I was going to live my life the way I wanted it and be financially stable at the age 30, I need to do something right now.

With whatever money I had left, I got married right away and started my journey in a home-based business. I started to do a lot of crazy stuff including Adsense, affiliate programs, some MLM programs and even daytrading which I lost all of my money and my wife had to go get food stamps because we were so broke.

Wait, that’s not even the sad part…

There I was 29 years old, I got no real job (I DJ on the weekends), I got a negative balance in my checking account, my wife was pregnant and almost due and my car keeps dieing every time I stop at a red light, (it’s not because the gas meter is always on E).

But I keep plugging away with one MLM program after another that promised me the moon but I can never seem to get anybody to join.

Then one day everything changed.

That was the day I figured out this internet marketing stuff and the only way to succeed is to follow a successful marketing system and learn how to drive traffic to it and get sales!

Before I was doing it all wrong! I was trying sell to people that don’t want to buy regardless if I had the best product or the best business.

After placing the right system in place and only sending people who were interested in my business to the website…
… That’s when it happened.

I started getting signups! One after another. I couldn’t believe it!

It got even better…

The following week I got a check in the mail! I was so happy I almost burst into tears on the spot.

I turned to my wife, handed her the check and I said, “Honey, I think everything is going to be okay from now on.”

Little did we know, things got better than just okay.

In 90 days my organization grew to about 400 people and my commissions paid for all of our living expenses and a new lease on a brand new SUV.

That very same month, I turned 30 years old.
